RESIDENTIAL | HACKNEY, LONDON

Located in the heart of Hackney, this project reimagines two bathrooms that no longer reflected the character and warmth of the wider home. Following a previous ground floor extension, the clients approached Sonn to transform these everyday spaces into calm, considered and highly functional interiors.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of the lower ground floor family bathroom and first-floor bathroom, with a focus on maximising natural light, crafted materials and tactile finishes. Carefully considered layouts improve flow and usability, while integrated storage provides practical solutions for family life without compromising the clean, uncluttered aesthetic.

A refined palette of natural textures and timeless materials creates spaces that feel warm, understated and enduring, demonstrating how thoughtful design can elevate even the most intimate areas of a home.
