Autex Revolve
2025
INSTALLTION | CLERKENWELL, LONDON
Created in collaboration with Autex Acoustics for Clerkenwell Design Week, the installation is a sensory exploration of the closed-loop circularity principles that Autex embodies. Set within the iconic London nightclub Fabric, it draws from the simplicity and symbolism of natural, prehistoric structures—such as rondavels and early earth-built forms—to create a tactile, sculptural environment. Inspired by nature’s regenerative life cycles, with the core of the installation rotating the visitor , offering a physical experience of continuous movement.
“We wanted to create a space that both conceptually and physically moved you in a never-ending circular motion. The installation envelops you—echoing the principles of circularity through both form and experience.” Tim Robinson - Sonn.
The structure features Autex’s Mirage™ acoustic product in three distinct finishes—Rammed Earth, Lapis, and Mortar—each contributing to a landscape that highlights the brand’s commitment to sustainable innovation.
Crafted using 95% Autex products, the installation was designed with disassembly in mind: all components can be reused or recycled into new panels and fixings after the event, reinforcing Autex’s ethos of perpetual circularity.
